How much space do I need for a Jumper?
The size of the jumper dictates the space required. Our Jumpers range in size from 13x13 to 14x31. Most homes can accommodate a bounce house.

How many children can bounce at one time?
Depending on the unit, you can typically accommodate between 6 and 12 jumpers. It is recommended that children jump, slide and play according to size and age.
The Bounce House should always have adult supervision.

How far in advance should I reserve my jumper?
Because of the demand for our units, they rent quickly. We suggest you reserve your Jumper 30-60 days in advance.

Does InflataZone have insurance?
Yes. We carry comprehensive liability insurance.

Do I need additional insurance?
If you monitor the unit properly and make sure your guests are using the Jumper according to age and size, there should be no problems. However, if you would like to purchase additional insurance we can accommodate.

How long is a Rental?
Your rental agreement is generally for the length of your party. The average party is 4-6 hours. However, most of our Jumpers remain at your party for the entire day.

Can the Jumpers be set up on any surface?
As long as the area is flat and smooth the jumper can be installed. If we are setting up on hard surfaces additional safety pads may be needed.

Are Jumpers safe?
As long as everyone jumps responsibly, Bounce House’s are very low risk. The majority of accidents occur when bigger kids are commingled with smaller kids. Try to enforce the size and age rule and make sure a responsible adult supervises the action.

Yes. We are experts at installing units in a park environment.
